- Large quantity orders (10 or more) are non-returnable.

RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NEW CONDITION:
All returns must be in new condition and in their original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of date received. There is a minimum re-stocking fee of 25%. The actual return fee will be based on the manufacturer return costs plus shipping. We do not accept returns on items that have been installed, with any modifications, cut wires, or without the original packaging.
Please make sure that you are satisfied with your order before installing it or modifying it in any way. If the item(s) are damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately and we will rectify the issue.
Please do not schedule any installation and/or electricians until you have received and checked your order. The estimated delivery dates are based on our past experience with the manufacturer and/or the estimated delivery date given by the manufacturer. Century Electric Supply is in no way responsible for the accuracy of the estimated delivery dates; they are estimates only and may be subject to change. Century Electric Supply is in no way responsible for any installation costs or cancellation fees. If you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to try to cancel the order before it has shipped. If the order has shipped you will be responsible for any restocking fees and/or shipping and handling charges.
All orders cancelled before shipment is subject to a $10.00 Cancellation Fee. If your item(s) have shipped and you cancel the order, there is a minimum return fee of 25%. The actual return fee will be based on the manufacturer return costs plus shipping.
